Recently, the prodigious player "Grim" was hired by Team Liquid for the next championship: DreamHack. The only 19-year-old American professional had been hired by the Triumph team since November 2019, one of the largest Counter Strike: Global Offensive teams. According to speculation, the player would be joining the team to replace the 24-year-old professional, nitr0, a player in which served for five years within Team Liquid.

The player nitr0 played a fundamental role for Team Liquid in these years when he was consecrated within the team. It took many years of disputes to get the role of leader in the game, being the main "AWPer" of the cast. Through this, nitr0 helped the team to qualify for the grand finals of the ESL One Cologne Major in 2016. During the year 2019, nitr0 served as captain of the team, taking them to victory within the ESL Pro League Season 9, ESL One Cologne 2019 and Inter Grand Slam.

With the declaration of his departure, Team Liquid got ready to close with Triumph player Grim. The 19-year-old boy has become a major focus of attention in the competitive CS: GO scene. Since 2017, Grim has been acting formidably in his disputes in the game's championships. One of the strengths that can be highlighted about the player is its excellent aim. With that, Team Liquid gains a big update in its cast. The Triumph contract signed with the player in 2019 was purchased by Team Liquid, so that the player can replace the team's nitr0 loss.

After several comments, Team Liquid Co-CEO Arhancet revealed that the organization will undergo a change.

"Yes, we will make changes to the list.  Our commitment to victory is unshakable, and this is important to us. That said, it is also really important to provide information to all of our fans about what these changes are and why we are making these changes. Unfortunately, we won't be able to do that now. "

And, to break the doubts, Arhancet confirmed the hiring of Grim and revealing the next cast of Team Liquid.

“We can confirm that Michael” Grim “Wince will be starting on Team Liquid at Dreamhack next weekend. We are not ready to share more at the moment, but we will have more to share with the community soon. ”
